Pictured is part of our night duty crew holding a Bible study and prayer time with members of our church. This household had patients that we connected with through the clinic and still transport regularly. To several of our Bible study groups, it’s now normal for us to have our ambulance parked on the side of the street with lights on as we enter homes with full uniform and radios going. During these times, two EMTs are assigned to monitor the base’s communications and to rush out if a call comes. That leaves a couple others to continue the Bible study until the ambulance returns.
